REQUIREMENTS
Updated Vaccine Shots
Please provide proof of current vaccinations for Rabies, 5-in-1, Bordetella and Kennel Cough, Deworming, and Anti Tick & Flea. You may submit it online or present it during your appointment.
Newly vaccinated pets are not permitted for grooming. Please wait 1 week before scheduling grooming.
Health Conditions
Pets must be in good health, with no injuries and diseases, and should not be on medications.
Pets should not be in heat or pregnant. They must also be free of ticks or fleas. Our groomers will conduct an inspection prior to service.
Age Limit
Pets should be between 6 months to 10 years old to be eligible for grooming. Pets above 10 years old will be subject to an assessment by the groomers.
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy
Cancellations/Rebookings must be made 24 hours before the booking date.
Clients have the option to rebook on our website for convenience.
If you are not able to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice, there will be a no show fee equivalent to 50% of the rate of services booked.
