What are your payment methods?

We accept Cash, GCASH, Unionbank, BPI, BDO Bank Transfers. All Payments are done on-site.

How to book an appointment?

Do I need to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
Yes we do accept walk-ins if we have available slots, however we highly encourage our customers to book an appointment prior to their visit to avoid waiting.
What is your cancellation policy?
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours for hotel and daycare and 24 hours for grooming prior to your booking appointment. You can directly cancel or rebook your booking on our website. You may also call or text us.

  • If you are not able to make your appointment without giving at least 48 hours (for hotel and day care) 24 hours (for grooming) prior notice, there will be a no show fee equivalent to 50% of the rate of services booked.

Do you accept haircut style requests for my pet?

Absolutely! It would be best if you also have a photo of your preferred hair style.

Do you require proof of vaccinations before grooming?

Yes, we require up-to-date vaccination records to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets.

Please make sure your pets have Anti-Rabies, 5-in-1, Bordetella, Kennel Cough, Deworming, Anti Tick & Flea vaccinations with proof prior to availing any service.

Can I leave my pet while being groomed?

Yes, we’ll notify you once your pet is ready and will allow an extra 1 hour for pick-up. Beyond that, we will be charging day care rates.

What should I bring when I leave my pet?
  • Pet food, bowl, and leash.
  • Your pet’s bed, toys, treats, and oral supplements if necessary.
  • For cats, please bring your own litter box and sand.
  • Inform us of any special instructions your pet may have.

Can you administer medications?

If your pet is under going medications, please note that we do not accept pets that are sick. However if your pet will only take vitamins, we can surely administer that.

When can I drop off and pick up my pet?

For day care, we are available from 10am - 7pm only.

For Hotel, our check-in time is 10am-2pm. Check-out time is 10am - 12pm.

Can I extend my pet’s stay?

This is subject to the availability of our pods.
