What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that are unable to proceed upon arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Absolutely! It would be best if you also have a photo of your preferred hair style.
Do you require proof of vaccinations before grooming?
Yes, we require up-to-date vaccination records to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets.
Please make sure your pets have Anti-Rabies, 5-in-1, Bordetella, Kennel Cough, Deworming, Anti Tick & Flea vaccinations with proof prior to availing any service.
